Paul Baird

Paul was born and raised in Courtice, and attended the local elementary and high schools – Good Shepherd and Holy Trinity. Paul’s entrepreneurial spirit and ambitions to create his own business were formed as a young boy, when he started a paper route with the local newspaper – Oshawa This Week.

Paul eventually created his own lawn care business “The Grass Guy”, which he operated throughout his college years at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario while he studied to obtain a Business Administration Marketing diploma. With the opportunity to move to Ireland, Paul also completed a Bachelor of Business degree. He decided he wanted to prove himself away from home and with some persistence landed himself in the role as Marketing Manager for a large national food producer in Ireland.

Paul’s business and marketing experience allow us to get homes out there in a positive and effective way. Paul is a focused and determined individual, the type of person that every real estate team needs.
